Handles customer service primarily for commercial card clients. Compiles and analyzes business documents for new and existing commercial card accounts. Works with Commercial Loan Officers in obtaining credit approval. Works with all levels of staff within United’s Holding company regarding business account inquiries and obtaining documentation.  Educate employees within the organization on the business product and what type of documents are required.



  • Compile and prepare documentation for commercial card accounts. Read and comprehend business organizational documents, i.e. Articles of Organization, By-Laws, etc.
  • Reviews BusinessCard documentation and identifies any issues and takes appropriate action to ensure the documentation packages are complete per departmental guidelines.
  • Prepare UCC 1 Financing Addendum Statements for filing with Secretary of State. Maintain files to ensure UCC does not expire. Ensure modification is filed every 5 years.   Notify lending assistant to have lien released if status changes.
  • Accounts secured with Certificates of Deposit at maturity need Hold Form completed and signed by Commercial Loan Officer to prevent collateral from being released.
  • Handles Commercial Card inquiries from both employees and customers.
  • Review monthly reissue report for business accounts which do not meet automatic renewal for delinquency and accounts requiring annual review. Obtain financials, credit reports, prepare Worksheet, account information and forward to commercial loan officer along with write up to determine if account should be renewed. If account currently delinquent notify collections of the status and commercial loan officer to contact customer for resolution. Requires follow up on approvals or financials if not received.
  • Ensure declination letter is sent to customer if credit request is denied.
  • Maintain revenue sharing log, copies of agreements and ensure accounts are coded on FDR.
  • Maintain log sheet and referral forms for tracking officer and sales person responsible for the account.
  • Responsible for CRA reporting to HMDA. Requires tracking and preparing Excel report.
  • Responsible for Bankcard Reg-O compliance. Review quarterly reports for discrepancy and make any necessary corrections and forward to MIS Reporting Officer.   Complete Board template along with account write up and forward to account officer for review. Forward completed template to credit administration. Maintain business files with a copy of the Board approval. Code accounts on FDR system with Officer / Director Codes. Coding and remove coding if status changes.
  • OFAC compliance
  • Work with audit providing requested information.
  • Review and sign off on changes to accounts – no new money.





  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional working experience, preferably in Banking environment required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
  • Basic accounting and data entry skills
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent customer relations skills
