Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

 

This position will provide administrative and clerical support to the Chief Risk Officer and other Risk Management as necessary.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and prepare the completed Risk Committee Packets for the Board of Directors meeting throughout the year
  • Obtaining and delivering all correspondence with regulatory agencies
  • Coordinates the handling of regulatory affairs such as monthly list of 1st day letters and other requested items.
  • Responsible for the tracking of CRA initiatives performed by employees and community donations
  • Responsible to confirm CRA activities reported fall within the CRA guidelines and accurately count towards CRA qualified initiatives
  • Maintain calendar of the EVP & Chief Risk Officer
  • Prepare for submission EVP & Chief Risk Officer’s monthly expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as requested for EVP & Chief Risk Officer
  • Conduct research as needed on items
  • Prepare various reports as needed including for Board of Directors’ meetings.
  • Attend meetings, take notes and prepare various meeting minutes in format for distribution.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as needed

 

Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional working experience required.
  • Prior experience supporting a member of Executive Management highly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Detail oriented and ability to demonstrate high level of quality in administrative Support
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff throughout the Bank in a professional manner
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
