The Loan Operations Associate supports the maintenance of the Bank’s loan systems, booking of new loans and collateral, processing of daily documentation and financial work, and balancing.



  • Responsible for accurately booking new commercial and consumer loans to the processing system, verifying input is correct, and balancing associated transactions.
  • Maintains various loan systems to keep accurate and up to date information on loans, remediate any errors, and process customer payments and requests.
  • Balances financial transactions on a daily basis and researches any outages.
  • Supports the Bank’s sales staff with research and answers to processing related questions as well as specific customer loan questions. May need to research and respond to questions or complaints directly from customers as well.
  • Provides administrative support to department management in areas of commercial, mortgage, installment, and revolving lines of credits. May be assigned special projects related to system clean up, data entry outside of normal daily work, or research. Assists in various other administrative functions as requested by manager.


  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.


Essential Functions:


  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
