  • Responsibilities

    The Operations Associate handles wire transfer entry and verification functions.   In addition, small departmental projects or tasks may be requested.



    • Create fax and phoned in wire transfers.
    • Verify and perform callbacks on wire transfer entry.  
    • Departmental mailing and return mail processing.
    • Answer inquiries from customers, branches and other backoffices via phone and email request.
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate with appropriate personnel.
    • Cross-training of other duties within the department as assigned.
    • Research and identify errors and incorrect wire instructions.


    • High School diploma or equivalent;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.


    Essential Functions:


    • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
    • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
    • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
    • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
