The Operations Associate provides verification for the Customer information System.



  • Responsible for reviewing the daily Work Queue within the IBS system that is submitted from the various branches.
  • Perform updates to the internal FIS systems requested via mail, fax and/or emails from the various branches
  • Responsible for reviewing signature cards on the ISVIEW systems to ensure appropriate information is completed and troubleshoot any discrepancies
  • Review reports generated and ensure correct data on insight
  • Responsible to troubleshoot and communicate internally any customer issues for resolution


  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access) is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fact paced environment.



Essential Functions:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
