The Operations Associate supports the maintenance of the Bank’s loan exception and documentation tracking system for commercial loans and related collateral. Also responsible for imaging commercial loan and collateral documents into the Bank’s electronic documents repository (“VisionContent”). Responsible for assisting collection of loan records relating to court issued subpoenas. Assists supervisor with collection, delivery, and re-filing of loan documents relating to federal and state banking audits.



  • Point of contact for satisfying documentation exceptions and updating financial tracking ticklers and other recurring tickler items. Compares submitted items against the Bank’s tracking system (or reports), prepares and submits required tracking forms to Loan Operations for appropriate update. Follows up to confirm updates to the loan system.
  • Document Imaging – Responsible for electronic imaging of loan documents into VisionContent, the Bank’s repository for electronic filing. This would include the preparation of documents for imaging; using scanning machines for ingestion into Vision Content and uploading PDF’s directly to a customer’s file.
  • Assist in the collection of loan records when the bank is issued a subpoena. Must be able to provide timely updates and maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Recurring Audit Support - Assist supervisor with the collection, delivery and re-filing of loan files before, during and after audits and Federal/State exams. (this may require lifting and/or carrying boxes up to 25lbs).



  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
