The Loan Operations Associate is responsible for retrieving and data entry of CRA and HMDA government reporting information from applications and incoming loan files sent from all branch offices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
1.Responsible for reviewing hard copy or electronic loan files to retrieve the appropriate data required to report for HMDA or CRA purposes. Requires progressive familiarity with required data fields and timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
2.Responsible for communicating with various departments, lenders and lending assistants to obtain accurate information for reporting purposes.
3.Assist with the imaging of the HMDA reports.

•High School diploma or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
•Excellent communication and organizational skills;
•Good PC skills; Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word, Access)
•Detail oriented and diligent
•Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
•Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
•Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
