  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties relating to Wealth Management Clients.  Tasks and functions are in relation to a middle office concept working with Wealth Management Operations, Administrators, Legal, Investments and Institutional Services.




    • On a daily basis, review, post and/or approve daily transactions
    • Maintain account/interested party information
    • Based on client type and regulatory requirements, responsible for new account set up and ongoing updating on the trust accounting system
    • Assist the Estate workflow process
    • Prepare scholarship spreadsheets and letters
    • Complete the annual accountings required with Veteran and Social Security administration
    • Reporting and tracking of client fees
    • Prepare report identifying client accounts needing the annual account review performed
    • Ensure real estate inspections/appraisals are coordinated on Trust Accounts
    • Outstanding checks and unresolved security litigations reporting is reviewed and researched on a regular basis.  
    • Coordinate high and medium risk accounts review and reporting
    • Assist with special projects and research items related to Wealth Management clients


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum of one (1) year of professional corporate working experience desired
    • Knowledge of investments, legal concepts, or accounting methods highly desired
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
    • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills required
    • Demonstrated ability of being detail oriented is essential.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
    • Well organized and ability to adhere to daily deadlines is essential
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

    Essential Functions:


    • Sitting for extended periods of time.
    • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
