  • Responsibilities

    The Training Instructor’s primary objective is to expertly and effectively communicate and deliver key training programs to staff at all levels within the organization and oversee the development of courses to meet the training needs of the Bank.  This position will build, develop and administer a life cycle training program that certifies ongoing position growth within the company, and tracks progress toward learning objectives. 




    • Deliver compelling sales presentations and programs to enhance the skills of newly hired and current sales staff and build, develop and administer new hire training for all new sales associates and new, recently promoted and cross-trained platform employees.
    • Builds and maintains a strong effective working relationship with all areas of the Bank to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of departmental and cross-discipline training programs.
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining standards, meeting prescribed timelines, continuous improvement of department operations, developing strategic plans to meet company goals and create highly effective training programs for a group and one-on-one training setting.
    • Determine future course offerings to improve the technical knowledge of employees and to satisfy the demand for advanced training. build, develop and administer leadership training programs for potential new leaders within the sales organization.
    • Provide on-going coaching and training to new hires and other employees to build staff knowledge skills on a variety of topics including but not limited to: cross sales, system knowledge, policies and procedures.
    • Train the sales team sales processes and procedures, information about the products, and how to handle common questions and objections for sales organization.
    • Identify and make recommendations on areas for improvement/enhancement of current training programs.

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous professional related working experience required
    • Prior experience in curriculum development, creation and implementation is highly desired
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
    • Ability to travel up to 50%


    Essential Functions:

    • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
    • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
    • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
    • Ability to travel via air, rail, automobile and/or bus.
